Diffusing the transition between exterior and interior – meshing the building and the environment was the main concept of this abandoned building located in Downtown Detroit.
This 45,000 sq ft building is divided into three sections: dwelling, dining and an art museum.
With an outdoor restaurant on the ground floor and lofts above the building will bring a certain type of energy back to the Riverfront. |
