The Lofts at Rivertown

The loft was designed with the intent to create a dynamic space that; defined the loft experience, provide order and a creative setting for a child. To give a unique atmosphere to a child, and keep the openness and natural lighting, a single 10-foot-high and 15-foot-high floating bookcase was constructed to divide the space into two distinct zones: the public living area and the semi-private bedroom area.  The new living area is wrapped in bright colors, lighting, a chalkboard wall, and many other amenities that contribute to a harmonious atmosphere.
