Visual representations of the dynamic visions planned for the six neighborhoods where The Skillman Foundation is focusing its efforts. The underlying basis behind these collages is the idea that a master plan or development strategy on its own is difficult to raise excitement. They needed something that was able to touch individual’s hearts in a positive way. The following plans and strategies are intellectual and give the substance to the visuals.
